The creatures proper name is Merycoidodon Culbertsoni, but they are commonly called oreodons. The oreodon was a small mammal, similar to a goat or sheep. The large front teeth in the skull give it a pig-like appearance. The fossil oreodon pieces are approximately 25 million to 50 million years old. The jawbone contains all original teeth.

Exposure to water and other chemicals, such as cleaning products or aerosols, will damage it over time. If you polish this product, use a dry cloth only, or an air duster that does not contain any disinfectant or other chemicals.
