We offer free expedited shipping on all orders over $75.00 within Canada and the USA. Orders over $500 product value will automatically be upgraded to Purolator courier for orders within Canada and the USA for faster more secure shipping at no extra cost.
We ship all orders via Canada Post, with tracked services. You will receive an email with a shipping notification and tracking number so you can look at where your package is at all times.
Yes--we use Canada Post services for shipment to any country, so please do not worry if you are far away from Canada – we can ship to you! Delivery times may vary.

Yes--We ship all of our orders with tracking included. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. If you have changed your mind on an item and have not yet recieved shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order for a full-refund. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel your order. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel any order.

Ring and Beaded Bracelet Sizing
We include the inner-circumference measurement of all our beaded bracelets located on their product page. Our regular sizing will fit most wrists. For a tighter fit, and for those who have a smaller wrist, we would recommend the Extra-Small sizing. For those needing a looser fit, we recommend the Extra-Large sizing. To find your wrists circumference, simply wrap a measuring tape around your wrist. The measurement will be your wrists circumference.
