Hematite Chip Beaded Bracelet

The name hematite finds its roots from the greek nameaematitis lithos, meaningblood stone, for the red color it displays when in the form of powder. Hematite forms in small nodular shapes and once polished produces a beautiful almost metallic finish. This metallic finish occurs since the stone is an iron ore, the stone itself is over 70% iron. Don't worry though, hematite cannot rust.

Each chip bead is skillfully polished individually, then drilled to create this colourful bracelet. Connected with jewellery elastic, this bracelet stretches to fit. Perfect for stacking with other bracelets or just to wear on its own. A must-have staple for any jewellery box.
