Shipping Policy

We strive to fulfill and ship your orders promptly. Most orders are processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation, though fulfillment can take up to 3-5 business days. In rare cases, we may require additional details or address corrections, which could delay shipping until we have resolved the issue with you.

 

Courier Strike Shipping Policy

At this time, we will continue to use Canada Post as our primary shipping company. Due to current uncertainty around a possible Canada Post strike, if you would prefer to use a courier, please be sure to add a note to your order, or reach out to us directly. 

Our most commonly used courier is UPS, but other couriers may be used as needed. Additional charges may apply.

For now, returns will still be processed via Canada Post, but this may change without notice.

Shipping Methods and Timelines

  • Free Shipping: Orders qualifying for free shipping will be shipped via Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator. If you require a different service, please contact us directly.
  • International Orders: We may use Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator for international shipping and are happy to ship worldwide!
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • US & Canada: Within 6-10 business days of dispatch
    • International: Within 11-14 business days of dispatch

Please note that delivery timelines are subject to postal service conditions and external factors like weather or local delays, which are beyond our control. Orders to Australia, in particular, may take longer. If you have a specific deadline, contact us before placing your order.

 

Free Shipping Offer:

Free shipping to Canada is offered for most orders over $75.

Eligible orders will have Free Shipping appear as an option at check-out.

Please note: If you have a discount code to use, this threshold of $75 must be met after the discount is applied for free shipping to be an option at checkout.

Exceptions:

Custom orders or orders that are a result of email, phone, or social media inquiries, or any other order that requires additional assistance.

Important Notes on Shipping

  • We always use tracked shipping. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.
  • If your package appears lost, significantly delayed, or misplaced, contact us promptly so we can file a claim with UPS. 

 

Responsibilities & Policies

  • Customs Fees: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimates. Packages refused due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for refunds.
  • A note regarding Import fees for our American Customers: President Trump has signed an executive order that will add an import tax on all shipments entering the USA, effective August 29, 2025. This includes previously exempt orders under $800 USD. As a business based in Canada, we cannot estimate this extra tax for you. It will not be calculated on your cart page. Instead, you will likely be charged an additional fee to be paid upon delivery or directly to the carrier.
  • The payment of all import duties is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that all international customers look up what the import fees may be prior to placing your order to avoid any surprises.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If an error results in an “Undeliverable” package, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment. The buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees. Undeliverable orders are not eligible for cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Once your package is marked as delivered, its safety becomes your responsibility. Refunds for lost or stolen items are not available, but the courier used may assist in recovery efforts.
