If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your item within 14 days of delivery for another item on our website or online credit. Items cannot be returned at one of our retail locations.
You may exchange items sold and fulfilled online by Rocks & Gems Canada for another item(s) or online credit within 14 days of shipment arrival.
All shipping charges must be paid for by the customer. We require that returned items are insured during delivery to safeguard against loss. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges during an exchange, including any duty charges that may occur.
Contact our web sales team, email@example.com to initiate an exchange or for credit. You’ll need to provide your order number, contact information and reason for exchange.
Items should be returned in their original packaging. Please include a copy of your shipping confirmation email or order confirmation email in the package.
All returns are subject to inspection by our web sales team before an exchange is processed.
For health and safety reasons, earrings are always a final sale.
