Druze and Crystal Clusters

Druze (druse/drusy/druzy) is a term that refers to any rock formation where an irregular cavity allows well-formed tiny crystal structures such as quartz, feldspar or other mineral crystals to grow. These cavities give tiny crystals a place to form over millions of years. 

Druze can be found worldwide, and are more commonly associated with agates and various types of quartz.
