I purchased 2 large boxes as gifts; While one had no issues, the second's frame was misaligned and the film seemed warped. I contacted customer service and the staff were quick and assisted me by shipping a replacement, which I greatly appreciated; They are why this review is 4 stars instead of 3.
The replacement, however, also had the misalignment issue. Luckily it was able to close just fine enough to give to my friend, as their birthday was fast approaching and there was no time to possibly get another display box.
I would just advise diligence when getting this item.

There were a few smudges on the thin silicon like windows. I was very careful not to rip them while cleaning with soapy water then using a paper towel to remove the droplets.

I got an amazing shark tooth as a gift for my son from Rocks and Gems. Along with the tooth was this awesome easy-to-put-together plastic frame that is spectacular to look at!! I purchased this medium plastic display case to protect and display a small ammolite piece I bought at the same time. I like the fact the base can accommodate the display in a square or diamond shape. It is easy to keep clean and compliments whatever is displayed inside.

Not long ago my husband purchased a green amethyst pendant for me from this company in Whistler. This summer on a cruise it went missing from our stateroom😡. I loved it so much and was really disappointed. Despite my attempts to see if the Cruise line had anything turned in, it never has shown up. So I emailed the company as I didnt see anything similar on their website. I just wondered if they had something else somewhere. Karly promptly answered me and was incredible help and eventually sent me photos of some of what they had, which were all good choices! I settled on one, and by that time I was now dealing with Baptiste, who was equally helpful. It arrived yesterday and I am so happy with it!! I’ve attached a photo with me wearing my older one that got nicked, and the one in my hand is the one I ordered afterwards. Both beautiful!

I ordered a tribolite necklace and a rose quartz bracelet here on the first of August and had issues with ups and the people I talked to were super helpful when ups sent the package back to them, they got it back out the next day after they received it. The necklace and bracelet are even better then I expected

Recently I encountered an issue with UPS, as they lost my shipment. Karly from R&G was extremely helpful in resolving the situation, and since the item was the last one available, the order was fully refunded. I’ll definitely continue purchasing from R&G—the selection is great—but I will request a different courier for future shipments.
